However, many rental items are sold out during busy seasons, so we recommend making reservations if possible.
◯Refunds cannot be made even if the item is returned earlier than scheduled.

◯The following actions are strictly prohibited.
Taking things out of Naoshima, riding a bicycle with two people, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while using an umbrella, earphones, mobile phone, etc.
Since police officers patrol the island, there is a risk that illegal activities will be arrested.
◯If you need a bicycle helmet, please ask the staff. We will lend it to you free of charge.
◯If you damage or lose any of our items during rental, you will be charged for the damage. Please use it with care. There is no charge for flat tires.
If any damage occurs, please report it. If you leave the item unattended with any damage, we will contact you.
◯We have personal and property insurance (compensation: personal and property damage, total up to 100 million yen).
◯We will not compensate you if you are injured due to your carelessness while using the bicycle.
◯You cannot drop off your vehicle. Please return it to the location where you rented it.
◯The price is for one day from 8:00 to 18:00 (from 8:30 in winter). It is not a 24-hour system.

◯There are many people who are picking up bicycles incorrectly. Please make sure that the key and bicycle number match before use.
◯Please park your bicycle in an authorized bicycle parking lot. If your bicycle is parked on private land, it may be removed.
◯Although we are constantly doing maintenance, there may be some areas that we are not paying close attention to. Please check your bicycle yourself before departure. If there is a problem with your bicycle, please notify the staff as soon as possible.
◯The emergency contact phone number is written on the back of the key tag or on the back of the bicycle. Please contact us if you have any problems.
◯Naoshima has many slopes, and falls and falls are common. Do not ride your bike too hard on steep slopes, and do not ride too fast on downhill slopes.
As a general rule, the customer is responsible for any injuries sustained in a fall accident, and the customer is responsible for the cost of repairing the bicycle that is damaged as a result.
